Physical Therapy
Physical therapy is used to help increase range of motion, improve muscle balance, restore muscle mass, and aid in post-surgical recovery. PT is also used to help restore movement in joints affected by arthritis. Our talented physical therapists use specifically tailored in-office and at-home exercise programs to get the best results. 

Chiropractic
Chiropractic care is used to help improve alignment within the spine which improves biomechanical function of the body. It is also very effective at treating small misalignments that pinch nerves. Common pinched nerve pains include sciatica and carpal tunnel. Chiropractic is also helpful for reliving pain associated with arthritis and post traumatic injuries, like car or work accident. 
Pain Management
Pain management intervention is used to help relive acute or chronic pains. We offer several procedures ranging from in-office trigger point injections to off-site epidural injections. 
Sports Therapy
Massage therapy is used to break up trigger points and muscle adhesions that can form from trauma, improper posture, and muscle asymmetry. Massage therapy is helpful for relaxation and pampering as well as those mild aches and pains that refuse to go away.  
Regenerative Medicine
To repair, regenerate, or replace damaged tissues using the body's natural healing mechanisms.
